Description

A vibrant Vegan Dragon Bowl packed with vegetables, wild rice, and a creamy tahini Dragon Sauce. Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and deeply nourishing.

Dragon Bowl Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup slaw mix or green cabbage
  • 1/3 cup carrot, grated / julienne
  • 1/3 cup roasted sweet potato
  • 1/3 cup wild rice blend
  • 1/2 cup shredded napa OR purple cabbage
  • 1/3 cup sprout blend (chickpea, mung bean, or mixed)
  • 1/3 cup cucumber, sliced or cubed
  • 1 - 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • sprinkle of seeds: sesame & raw pumpkin
Dragon Sauce Ingredients Yield: about a cup
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons tahini
  • 4 tablespoons tamari / soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 2 garlic cloves, diced

Instructions

  1. Mix your Tahini Dragon Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk or blend with an immersion blender or robot-coupe until creamy. Refrigerate for thicker consistency.
  2. Build your Dragon Bowl: Layer slaw as a base, then load grains and potatoes, and fill with vegetables and sprouts, finishing with a generous drizzle of Dragon Sauce and a sprinkle of seeds.
