In Thailand Black Rice Pudding is often served for breakfast, afternoon tea and dessert. A rice and coconut custard, baked in the oven and served plain or with coconut ice cream, it’s nutty, smooth and creamy and delicious warm or cold.

Sometimes it’s the simplest things that strike a cord. Like this pretty little Thai Sweet Chili Chicken. Didn’t intend to post because two ingredients; “chicken” and “jar o’ sauce” does not a “recipe” make, but it’s a solid thecnique for the grill and using it, you’ll get beautiful results every time.

Cold rice vermicelli salad with bright fresh veg, dressed in a lime, rice wine vinaigrette, (totally delish) chicken satay, finished with peanut sauce. Authenticity and intensity. Eat goooooood.

Fried Rice is typical vegetarian food in Thailand – packed with crisp vegetables, a hint of pineapple a dash of chili and topped with a fried egg. The yoke then spills into the rice making it creamy and rich, on top of all of that tangy, tasty, spicy rice.
