A brief follow up to last week’s Beginners Guide to Caviar and Chef B’s list of do’s and dont’s. As promised, the recipe for French Blinis, the small yeast risen pancakes served with caviar. I mean, of course dahhhhhling, toast points are sooooo last year.

Chili Cheese Cornbread Muffins, a taste of the south with a few surprises – fresh corn sliced right off the cob as part of the batter, cream cheese in the center so it’s gooey and smooth and a red pepper jelly baked on top adds just a hint of sweet spice.
A family favorite, can you ever go wrong with a good, fruity, moist banana muffin? No, of course you can’t. This is among my most loved recipes (which BTW goes great with Nutella).

The first time I read the recipe that lead to the one you see here I turned my nose up and walked way. The first ingredient is ‘Raisin Bran Cereal’. Who does that? Rachel Ray maybe but not me. Until there was, Nutty-Buddy Bran Muffins.
