- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for extra body)
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
- Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed: additional lemon juice, salt, or pepper as desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to develop.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
