Description

Lemon Chive Yogurt Dressing is easy, creamy and fresh. Perfect for salads, roasted vegetables, grilled fish, chicken, grain bowls, and potato salad. It’s the five-minute homemade dressing you’ll make again and again.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional, for extra body)
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a small bowl.
  • Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning if needed: additional lemon juice, salt, or pepper as desired.
  • Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to develop.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Notes

Serving notes: add a sexy drizzel of olive oil to the top of the bowl or vessel as it hits the table
